NudgeMyDay is a Chrome extension that reschedules events on your Google Calendar. To do this, it requests the following Google OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — read and modify your calendar events (this is how rescheduling actually happens: NudgeMyDay reads today's events and writes new start/end times for the ones you choose to move).https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly — read the list of calendars in your account (names and IDs only), so you can choose which calendars to include in Settings. This scope cannot read event content on any calendar.Your calendar events — titles, times, attendees, descriptions, anything Google Calendar stores — are read from and written to Google's own servers directly by the extension, over Google's own API. None of that data is ever sent to, or stored by, NudgeMyDay's own server. We have no way to see your calendar's contents, because it never passes through anything we operate.
NudgeMyDay's own server (nudgemyday.creative.if.ua) stores only what's needed to
operate license keys and the free trial:
No calendar content, no browsing history, and no data beyond the above is collected. There are no analytics or tracking scripts on the extension itself.
Your Settings (working hours, fixed-event markers, selected calendars, language, etc.) are
stored using Chrome's own chrome.storage.sync API, which is controlled by your
Google account and Chrome's own sync settings — NudgeMyDay does not have separate access to
this data outside of what the extension itself reads and writes.
By installing and using NudgeMyDay, you agree to the following:
Every Google account gets a 14-day free trial of all premium features, starting from the first time you connect your calendar. The trial period is tracked on our server against your Google account's email address, so it is not affected by reinstalling the extension, clearing your browser's local storage, or using a different computer with the same Google account.
When your 14-day trial ends, your account is automatically moved to the free tier. All of your settings, calendar connections, and history remain exactly as they were — nothing is deleted or reset. Premium-only features (currently: Move to tomorrow, multi-calendar merging, Extend current event, the "All + current event" scheduling scope, and extended undo history) become unavailable until you activate a license key.
Premium is $10 every 3 months — a special introductory rate for our first 100 users. This is a flat rate agreed at the time of purchase, not a recurring subscription charged automatically (see "No auto-renewal" below).
At this time, NudgeMyDay does not process payments automatically through an in-extension checkout. License keys are issued manually after a purchase made through channels we announce separately (e.g. a payment link). A license key is bound permanently to the first Google account that activates it. If you need to move a key to a different account, or have any other billing question, contact us at the address below — this is handled manually on a case-by-case basis for now.
If you're unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of activation and we'll issue a refund and revoke the key. Since there's no automated payment processor yet, refunds are handled manually and may take a few business days.
Because there is currently no payment processor integrated, there is no automatic billing or auto-renewal of any kind. A license key's validity is exactly what was agreed at the time of purchase — you will never be charged automatically by NudgeMyDay. When your paid period ends, your account simply returns to the free tier until you renew by contacting us again.
